Cyber Cafe West in Binghamton

A cool and laid back local eatery on a semi-busy street, with atmosphere of the old fashioned kind. Good tasting, fresh, healthy food for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. Not fancy, nor expensive. Attracts high school age and college students, as well as adults. There is an upstairs for young group to gather. The main floor is quiet and well lit. A stage is available for bands and small productions. Parking is sparse, so arrive early enough to secure a parking spot.

This place has some of the best coffee ever. It's soooooooo good! The place also serves a decent list of beer, evem some locally made micro brews. They have live music here on the weekends. Tuesday is open Mic night. Very fun to go too. You never know what you might see.

Always a place to relax, chill, and enjoy the atmosphere. Many craft beers rotating on tap. Live and local music venue the was established for just over 22 years. It closes on 6/28/19. Jeff Khan made that place a go to for anyone in an outcast crowd to be accepted. I first went there back when they first opened, and it was a luxury to have access to a desktop computer and free internet. I feel like I'm writing an obituary. But honestly, go before it's gone!! You will not regret it. Fantastic place for just hanging out, getting real, or having fun. Jeff, enjoy retirement! To hell with entrepreneurship and capitalism, and onward with freedom from it!

Always go with their specials. I love all their vegetarian options and appreciate a place that's a bit more innovative right on Main St. They also have a TON of seating but half of it is kind of drab and musty and not the best for dining in/around.

This is truly one of the great hangouts in the area, or anywhere really. They feature consistently excellent live music of every genre at easily affordable (sometimes free) prices, and it has a colorful, relaxed, bohemian atmosphere. The food is delicious and of course they have a huge selection of coffees, teas and artisan brews. And the wait-staff are fun people. So, one of B-Town's must-go joints.

Binghamton's premiere cafe and cultural hotspot. Features a comfortable couch area where you can hang out with your friends, loads of study areas for students (with free wi-fi), open back deck, upstairs pool room and meeting area and of course the famous intimate candlelit stage area where you can catch amazing performances by artists, touring musicians and those brave enough to participate in the cafe's killer open mic night and karaoke. Delicious food, huge beer selection and great coffee. The hard working and knowledgeable staff make each visit wonderful every time. Great place to come and play chess or Scrabble on a rainy day. I give the Cyber Cafe my highest recommendation, whether you are visiting town or a student or just want to experience the real Binghamton art and music scene you owe it to yourself to visit the cafe, you'll be glad you did.

Some of the best kept secrets are hidden in plain sight. While enjoying the entertainment of the night, its refreshing to enjoy a selection of many different craft beers or any drink of choice to wash down awesome food served daily.

This is probably my favorite spot in Binghamton. Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The food is great. I highly recommend the Godzilla wrap. It's also a great place for craft beers, tea, live music and just socializing with friends. The staff has always been really cool and friendly too.

Really friendly service and excellent food. I had the suppreme nachos and they were incredible. The place is definitely a dive, but it has a really fun atmosphere. I had a vanilla late and I finished the night off with a beer. I ordered a blue moon. Somehow it tastes better than the exact same beer down in jersey or the city. The only disappointment is no hard liquor or mixed drinks however it's not a deal breaker at all, this place is too cool.

Kind of a younger crowd, being in a University town, but of a more mature nature. Not a lot of drunk idiots.Great place to see local bands (usually a cover charge) that vary in genre all the time.Coffee and espresso are delicious. (hint: try the Black Widow. Lots of options, something for every for everyone. Menu available for quick bite.The Cyber is deceiving in size...at first it seems like a small place, and a bit loud during music performance. Sweet surprise: go upstairs to find several cozy rooms, with darts, chess games and a pool table. Couches, chairs, old and worn just right makes for a comfortable quieter visit. Bonus: very few people upstairs!

Been one of my ABSOLUTE favorites for years!! Even was taken there for Mother's day a few years back by my youngest son!❤ Amazing vegan and vegetarian fare...NEVER EVER disappointed!

Cozy 90s flashback joint with great food and drink selections

At first wasn't sure. After talking to very pleasant staff ordered lunch. Wife got Chicken Sinclair had very nice portion she took 1/2 the sandwich with us. I had 8 oz. Cafe Burger great roll good burger. When in town again wouldn't hesitate to stop again.

This place is great. A very laid back vibe. I saw a live local band tonight, ate a delicious vegetarian panini-style sandwich with a custom-flavored Italian soda, and just had a relaxing evening. They get tons of awesome original bands and offer free WiFi and free-to-use board games.

This is an awesome place to grab a beer or tea, some food, and relax. They have arcade games in the back and often have events planned. I had their pomegranate tea and it was very good! The staff is very helpful and accommodating of dietary needs. This would even be a great place to get a bite to eat and study.

The hot chocolate was very good. I had the vegan chili and it was really good for being meatless. Will definitely go back

Great place to hang out and have a cup of coffee, a bite to eat, or a nice cold pint of your favorite beer. Food is excellent, their deserts are especially delicious. Many craft and classic beers on tap, and of course great coffee. Also there's usually something fun going on like team trivia, or live music. Overall a great place to hang with your friends or even meet new people. Cyber Cafe West has been a popular hang out for over a decade and will be for years to come due to their great staff service and atmosphere.

This is a comfortable place to eat with great food and fantastic service. I have not been here at night when the bands play. It is a popular place for the college crowd at night. The beer selection here is great. During the day it is quiet and laid back. There are board games and billiards upstairs with a lot of quiet spaces for privacy.

I found this place by accident; I was looking to catch a bus into the town centre. I am very glad i didn't catch the bus. This is an excellent eatery- not pretentious - plastic plates but the food is good, fresh and cheap. There is a vast range of beers and ciders and its the only place where i have had tea in a pint glass! The staff are delightful; the owner though would do well to restore the building, its been a little poorly treated- witness the damage to the pressed metal ceiling. But its a great place. i would give it extra stars if I could.

I love this coffee shop it is a go-to place for me if I ever want to meet up with friends. It's a bit hodgepodge but that only adds to its intimacy. In addition there was regularly entertainment whether it be trivia night Poetry Slams or concerts. The food is wonderful as well.
